(PRI) was awarded the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (BFCC-QIO IDIQ) contract. Under this IDIQ contract, PRI was also awarded the Beneficiary Care Management Program (BCMP) task order.

PRI’s mission since 2003 has been to support the healthcare community with compliance and integrity issues through the use of education. Employing a team of experts nationally, PRI has become a leader in the application of innovative and efficient problem-solving approaches for the healthcare industry. Commitment to quality processes is highlighted by PRI’s accreditations and registrations. As an accredited URAC Independent Review Organization (IRO), PRI assures our clients of clinical quality. PRI is also ISO 9001:2015 registered, which assures our clients of process efficiencies and contract compliance.

PRI has an array of national experts in patient-centered care. These experts include a BFCC-QIO Executive Director who spent over 30 years working for a QIO, and a Physician Consortium for Clinical Integrity comprised of over of 200 physicians in over 70 specialties and sub-specialties. PRI clinicians and healthcare professionals have actively engaged beneficiaries, families, and consumers in QIO patient engagement and quality improvement initiatives, as well as case review activities.

Working collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups, PRI has and continues to successfully launch and manage new agency programs while affecting change management in the delivery of healthcare. As a HUBZone certified, woman-owned small business, PRI develops services and solutions that benefit the stakeholder community as a whole and supports improving the patient experience of care, improving the health of populations, and reducing per capita costs of healthcare.
